Dong Nguyen grew up on a family farm in Hoi An, Vietnam. He lives with his parents, sister and grandparents. He is married and has a young daughter. To Dong, his mother is a great woman with amazing cooking skills. She always creates wonderful food which is very special and based on Hoi An traditions for his family. She also makes everyone feel very happy because of her passion and warm heart.. She inspires and builds Dong up a lot by sharing her life experiences, included her cooking skills.
